After signup, your license enters verification. Typical turnaround depends on your license type:

  • RN / LPN — near-instant once our Nursys connection is live; 1–2 business days otherwise.
  • NP / DNP — 1–3 business days (manual Nursys QuickConfirm lookup).
  • CNA / Medication Aide — 1–3 business days (per-state Nurse Aide Registry).

You'll get the Rapivic Verified stamp and can start booking shifts once approved.
